All other countries and territories are considered international, and are billed at additional per-minute rates. Bresnan Digital Phone is available to residential customers in Bresnan wired and serviceable locations only. All services and features, including number portability, may not yet be available in all areas. All rates and offers are subject to change and pricing excludes inside wiring costs, jacks, applicable taxes, surcharges, and installation/connection fees.
