Service Assurance Plan
The Bresnan Service Assurance Plan offers Bresnan customers protection of the inside wiring connection of their Bresnan services including Bresnan Cable TV, Bresnan Digital Cable, Bresnan High Speed Internet and Bresnan Digital Phone.
Bresnan Service Assurance Plan is available to all Bresnan customers for a monthly fee of $2.99. Customers subscribing will not be charged the current hourly labor rate of $39.99 on those items covered, making the plan a must have!
With this plan, you pay a small monthly price on your bill to protect you from a larger expense if a covered repair is necessary - it's our way of offering you a little extra peace of mind. When you sign up for the Bresnan Service Assurance Plan, we cover the interior wiring to your televisions, modem, and digital phone. Plus, we will come to your house and diagnose any problems and educate you on how to get the most out of your Bresnan services.

Telephone Wall Jack
A telephone jack is commonly fixed to a wall or baseboard and connects to the telephone wiring in a home.

Telephone Battery
In the event that your Bresnan Digital phone backup battery fails, we will offer one replacement at no cost.

Inside Telephone Wiring
This is the telephone wiring inside of a house that connects customer-owned telephone equipment to Bresnan's network at the network interface.

Cable TV Outlet
A Cable TV outlet is commonly fixed to a wall and connects the cable wiring in a home to a cable TV box or video equipment such as a DVR or VCR.

Inside Cable TV and Data Wiring
This is the cable inside of your home that connects your customer-owned video and data equipment such as a TV and computer or laptop to Bresnan's network at the network interface.

Coaxial Cable Splitter
This equipment splits the signal from one central location to provide cable TV or data service to multiple rooms in the home.

Data Cable or Ethernet Cable
The cables used to connect data equipment such as a computer or laptop to a cable modem or router.

HDMI Cable
High Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) cable is an all-digital cable connector that can carry high definition video and several audio channels all on one cable.

Video Cable
Cables used to connect audio and video equipment such as TV, surround sound speakers, DVD players.

Coaxial Cable Connectors
This is the cable that connects customer-owned video (TV) and data (computer) equipment to each other and to a cable TV outlet.
