Recently, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) issued new rules to telephone companies on the handling of telephone calling records and other customer sensitive information. Effective December 8, 2007, Bresnan will release call detail information (such as the telephone numbers that you have called or received calls from) only to the mailing address of record of your account. You may call us or visit our office to request that calling records be mailed to your address of record. You may also continue to access calling records for the past 30 days on your password-protected online account.

Although these new procedures may at times create a temporary inconvenience, they are required by law and are intended to protect the privacy of your personal information.
