Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Collects converter boxes, cable modems, eMTAs and other company owned equipment from previous subscribers homes meeting quota as established by supervisor.
Collects amounts due or past due from customers to re-activate or continue services.
Lifts and carries loads up to 50 lbs.
May manipulate connectors, fasteners and wire and use hand tools.
Maintains accurate logs and activity sheets as required.
Works varying schedule as required by supervisor.
Travels throughout franchise areas as necessary, using personal vehicle.
Ability to communicate clearly and tactfully with customers and co-workers.
Employee is expected to earn a minimum commission of $400 per pay period.
Employee will be paid only for the physical collection and return of equipment, that has been physically disconnected three or more days.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Neat, personable appearance.
Good telephone decorum.
Dependable transportation, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
Prove insurability for personal vehicle.
Mature judgment and ability to work independently.
Previous collection experience, preferred.
