Terry St. Marie, Senior Vice President, Operations

Terry St. Marie brings a strong foundation in operations management, financial analysis, and business strategy to the Bresnan management team.

Utilizing his extensive background in operations and finance, since 2003 Mr. St. Marie has overseen the field operations, call centers, and network operations center of Bresnan's cable television systems in Montana, Wyoming, Colorado and Utah. This Operations group has achieved industry-leading benchmarks in numerous customer satisfaction and service metrics.

He joined the Company in 1994 to supervise all operational activities of Bresnan's international ventures and strategic partnerships. He was responsible for developing and implementing standardized operating procedures for various Bresnan ventures and has played a key role in new business development for the Company. Mr. St. Marie has also been actively involved in the capital-raising efforts of the Company.

Also a certified public accountant, Mr. St. Marie served as an Audit Manager with Ernst & Whinney (now Ernst & Young) from 1982 to 1987. From 1987 to 1990, he was Vice President of Administration and General Manager for Cooke Cablevision, Inc., where he oversaw operations and directed all financial planning and budgeting for the company's 40 cable systems serving 670,000 subscribers in 19 states.

Prior to joining Bresnan, from 1990 to 1994 he was Senior Vice President with the Washington Redskins/JKC Stadium, Inc. in Middleburg, VA. Mr. St. Marie graduated summa cum laude from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, TX, where he received a BA in Business Administration.
