Paul Bernstein, Vice President, Treasury Operations

As Vice President of Treasury Operations, Paul Bernstein has over 20 years of experience practicing treasury management and cash management consulting. Paul has spoken at NYCE, NACHA and Texpo conferences on topics including fraud prevention, lockbox enhancements, and treasury best practices. He is an invited speaker at treasury conferences and has been quoted in trade journals, including Inc. magazine, offering cash management ideas and solutions.

Paul joined Bresnan in 1998 as Treasury Manager and was responsible for managing daily cash activity. After the sale of Bresnan's earlier cable operations in 2000, Paul rejoined Bresnan in 2003 as Director of Treasury Operations and was promoted to his current position of Vice President of Treasury Operations in 2008.

Paul earned his CCM (Certified Cash Manager) credential in 1993 and his CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) credential in 2003. He holds an MBA in Finance from Pace University and is a member of the Association for Financial Professionals and the Broadcast Cable Credit Association.
