Margot C. Bright, Senior Vice President and Treasurer

Margot Bright has nine years of finance experience in the cable television industry. Ms. Bright manages the Company’s relationships with the financial community, including the structuring of financings and overseeing compliance reporting, analyst meetings, rating agency presentations and the Company’s bank meetings. She also supervises the Company’s treasury management activities.

Before joining Bresnan, Ms. Bright was a Director in the syndications group at TD Securities, USA, where she worked exclusively on media and telecommunications transactions. Prior to TD Securities, she was a Manager in the Media Finance group of the Bank of Nova Scotia in New York, where she was responsible for structuring, underwriting and managing a portfolio that included cable, broadcasting, and publishing.

Ms. Bright has an MBA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh and a BS in Business from the Pennsylvania State University.
