Leonard Higgins, Senior Vice President, Product Management & Commercial Saless

Lenny Higgins brings a broad understanding of the voice and data telecommunications industry to the Bresnan management team.

Since joining the Company in 1996, Mr. Higgins has directed Bresnan's entry into the telephone and high-speed data markets. Bresnan High Speed Internet ("HSI") service is now available in nearly 98% of Bresnan's service area and Digital Telephone service is available to over 95% of homes passed. Both the residential HSI and Digital Phone service have been very well received throughout the Bresnan service area - the Company currently provides service to over 200,000 residential broadband customers and 125,000 digital voice customers.

Mr. Higgins has also led Bresnan's entry into the business telephone and data markets. Bresnan now provides high speed data services to small and medium sized businesses as well as fiber based data services to enterprise customers throughout its four state service area. Bresnan has over 200 fiber based business customers in the region including some of the largest educational, health care and government organizations. In 2007, Bresnan launched carrier class Digital Phone service to small, medium, and enterprise business customers in its major markets and currently has over 2,500 business voice customers with over 10,000 equivalent voice lines.

Previously, Mr. Higgins was Executive Director of Strategic Business Development at Bellcore. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Development for Sutton Capital, Inc., a telecommunications investment company with interests in cable television systems, cellular operations and alternate access networks. While at Sutton, Mr. Higgins directed the development of a competitive local fiber network in New Jersey and Sutton's participation in the FCC's PCS auctions.

He was also Director of Corporate Development for Teleport Communications Group from 1988 to 1993, where he oversaw the expansion of its local fiber networks into a number of new markets including Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Houston and Dallas. Mr. Higgins received a BA in Economics from Syracuse University and an MBA from Monmouth College in New Jersey.
