Benedict Caiola, CPA, Vice President and Controller

As Vice President and Controller of Bresnan Communications, Mr. Caiola oversees many of the day-to-day financial activities of the Company, including internal and external financial reporting, the development and maintenance of internal financial controls and analytical support for a variety of financial activities.

Ben Caiola joined Bresnan in 1995 as a senior accountant. As Senior Accountant, Mr. Caiola was primarily responsible for coordinating the financial reporting of the Company's investments in Poland and Chile.

In 1997, he was promoted to International Accounting Manager where he more actively participated on projects based in Poland.

Before rejoining Bresnan as Director and Assistant Controller in 2002, Mr. Caiola was a manager in the corporate controllership group of the Walt Disney Company. As a manager, Mr. Caiola was involved in several projects including the restructuring of the corporate travel department, the launching of a Disney sponsored venture capital fund and the roll out of a branded credit card. Mr. Caiola also worked on system controls and was a subject- matter-expert in consolidations during the company's conversion from several general ledger systems to a single SAP platform.

Ben Caiola is a certified public accountant and a graduate of New York University, where he received a BS in Accounting and Economics. He is a member of the New York Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the National Cable Television Association Finance & Operations Committee and the National Broadband Tax Institute.
